Getting started...

STEP 1: Create a Health Record.

Start by adding any conditions that you might have (or have had) by going to 'Manage Health Record;

Later, you can then easily relate conditions to other information that you may be recording in your health record, such as; medications, symptoms, appointments, etc.

A little bit about the health record:

1. Use Conditions to add the names of illnesses or diseases that you might experience, e.g. asthma, measles, diabetes, hypertension, etc.

2. Symptoms are best used to describe what you are experiencing as a result of a condition e.g. wheezing, hot flashes, dizziness, etc.

3. Add Medications for Conditions that you may be managing. Medications can be either drugs that have been prescribed by your doctor or purchased from a pharmacy; or herbal medicines, or even supplements that you may be using.

4. Add any Allergies you may have, such as hayfever

5. Add any Immunisations and any future immunisation appointments, so you don't forget.

6. Add any upcoming Appointments.

7. Procedures allows you to record any medical investigations, such as x-rays or scans, a well as operations that you may undertake.

8. Use Observations to track anything else that you may have observed. Observations allows you to type anything that you want to record.

When you visit View Health Record, you will now see your information which has been automatically organised for you.
